Where is the property located?
VLux at Queen Creek is ideally located in Queen Creek, Arizona. Where modern convenience meets wide-open desert skies. Nestled in the thriving East Valley, the community offers effortless access to Downtown Queen Creek and Pecan Lake while maintaining a relaxed, residential feel. You will enjoy quick connections to 24 Loop and Loop 202, making commutes to Gilbert, Chandler, East Mesa, and Tempe smooth and efficient. From vibrant nightlife to everyday convenience, living here means being surrounded by Arizona's natural beauty in one of the Valley's most accessible and desirable areas.
Where is the leasing office located?
The leasing office sits at the front of the community adjacent to the swimming pool for easy access.
What are the leasing office hours?
Our leasing office is open for in-person tours Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. We look forward to welcoming you.
Do you offer same-day visits or are tours by appointment only?
Our leasing office is open for in-person tours and drop-by visits are welcome! For added convenience, you may also schedule an appointment online at vluxatqueencreek.com or call 480.604.2300 to connect with a Leasing Professional prior to your visit.
What should I expect on a tour?
Your tour experience begins in our leasing office, where you'll be warmly greeted by a leasing professional ready to answer any questions you may have. From there, you'll explore the community, tour our amenities, and take a look at a model home to experience the lifestyle firsthand.

What floorplan options are available?
At VLux at Queen Creek, we offer thoughtfully designed floorplans featuring open-concept one-bedroom paired homes and two-bedroom detached homes designed to complement your lifestyle. For the most up-to-date availability, we invite you to visit our Floorplans Page.
What size are the homes?
Choose from a spacious 647-square-foot one-bedroom or a generous 995-square-foot two-bedroom home. Every apartment home features its own personal backyard with sizes that vary. Contact our onsite team to learn more.
What lease terms are available?
We offer flexible lease contracts ranging from 12 to 14 months. Contact the leasing team for more information on availability.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent costs?
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of utility costs. Please see our Community Fee Guide on our Floorplans Page for more information.
How do I set up and pay for utilities?
Following move-in, Conservice will send a welcome email with more information including your web pin and account number. This is where you will be able to access your monthly utility bill. You will also need to set up an account through Salt River Project (SRP) in your name for electricity, which must be active on move-in day.
Is Wi-Fi provided?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included as part of the Technology fee which covers Wi-Fi in your home and throughout the community. Wired internet is provided in every home through Mereo Fiber, and costs are included in the Community Fee.
What additional fees can I expect when signing my lease?

When is rent due and how do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access to our online Resident Portal where you can schedule a one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a cashier's check.
What is your pet policy?
We love pets at VLux at Queen Creek! We welcome your furry friends including cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home (breed restrictions apply). Cats must be spayed or neutered. Is onsite parking available? How much is parking?
At VLux at Queen Creek, we offer convenient first-come, first-served parking for residents and their guests. Reserved covered carports are available for an additional fee per month and are included in your monthly community fee (limit one per apartment home). Detached garages are also available for an additional monthly fee. Please see our Community Fee Guide on our Floorplans Page for more information.
Does the property have electric vehicle chargers?
VLux at Queen Creek does not offer EV charging onsite but is located near multiple charging stations. Queen Creek Olive Mill has electric car chargers, all of which are first-come, first-served.
Do you have guest parking?
Yes, first-come, first-served parking is available for residents and their guests.
Is onsite storage available?
VLux at Queen Creek does not offer access to onsite storage units. However, CubeSmart is just around the corner from us where you can find storage spaces and even park your RV.
What onsite amenities are offered?
VLux at Queen Creek features a resort-style pool and spa, cornhole, and our beautiful dog park. We invite you to discover a life of luxury, found here at your new home.
Are there laundry services onsite?
Every residence at VLux at Queen Creek comes equipped with an in-home washer and dryer (full-size in our two-bedrooms and stackable in our one-bedrooms).
Is there a fitness center?
VLux at Queen Creek does not currently offer an onsite fitness center.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's insurance is required for all residents. Our insurance only protects our property and will not cover your property in the event of theft, fire, or natural causes, so you must purchase your own. A minimum of $100,000 in renter's liability insurance is required.
What kind of security does the property provide?
At VLux at Queen Creek, your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. Our community features surveillance cameras at the main entrance and pool area, and each apartment home is equipped with a SkyBell video doorbell at the front door. Residents enjoy controlled access throughout the community, including fob entry to exterior doors and amenity spaces, as well as electronic key access to each apartment home.
While these features are designed to support a secure living environment, no security system can guarantee complete safety. Residents are encouraged to use all security features responsibly and remain mindful of their surroundings as VLux at Queen Creek cannot ensure 100% security or assume liability for unforeseen incidents.
Do you have maintenance staff? How do I request maintenance?
Yes, the maintenance team will be available to address any maintenance concerns you may have. You can submit a maintenance request through our Resident Portal or call the onsite leasing office. All maintenance workers will be dressed in uniform and will not enter any home without resident approval (except in the event of a maintenance emergency).
What is the neighborhood like?
VLux at Queen Creek is ideally located in the scenic Queen Creek/San Tan Valley just east of Gilbert. This residential enclave is known for its mountain views, outdoor recreation, and easy access to major freeways.
What grocery stores and shopping options are nearby?
Supermarkets including Fry's, Safeway, Sprouts, and Target are just a few blocks away. Nearby local grocery vendors sell specialty groceries and locally produced items.
What is transportation like in the neighborhood?
Enjoy convenient proximity to 24 Loop and Loop 202 for quick commutes to Gilbert, Chandler, East Mesa, Tempe, and nearby neighborhoods.
Do you offer move-in assistance?
Although VLux at Queen Creek does not offer move-in assistance, we sometimes have great specials that can help make moving easier. Our leasing professionals can take you through our current offerings.
Does the property work with locators?
We welcome all referrals! Although we do not have a designated locator partnership, we appreciate anyone who recommends the property. Should you wish to partner with us, please contact the leasing office for additional information.
Do you offer resident referrals?
Friends make the best neighbors! Resident referral programs may be offered by the leasing office from time to time. During these promotions, the leasing team will inform residents of the referral program perks and amount per referral. As these promotions do fluctuate, we recommend you contact the leasing office for additional details.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
At this time, our community is not set up to participate in the Housing Choice Voucher program. However, we would be happy to review our rental criteria with you and invite you to apply to see if you meet our standard qualification requirements.
